Hosting

The website is hosted by Manus AI, a hosting and publishing platform. The service is accessible from the domain guizolart.com. For any hosting-related question, visitors may consult the provider's terms at manus.im.

Section 04

Intellectual property

All contents of the website — photographs of artworks, editorial texts, layouts, graphic identity — are the exclusive property of Ananga Guy / Guizolartiste or their rights-holders. These contents are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular articles L.111-1 et seq. on copyright.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the works and contents of the website, by any means whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without the prior written authorisation of the author. Any unauthorised use constitutes counterfeiting punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The sale of an original artwork does not transfer the copyright attached to it. In particular, the buyer may not commercially exploit reproductions of the work without the prior written agreement of the artist.

Section 05

Sales conditions & international shipping

The works presented on the website may be the subject of custom commissions or direct sales. Unless otherwise stated, prices are given in euros (€), all taxes included — VAT being not applicable under art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Each custom commission is the subject of a nominative quote, accepted by electronic signature or by reply email. A 30 % deposit is required when the commission is confirmed; the remaining 70 % is due on delivery of the artwork. Payments are accepted via PayPal and by SEPA bank transfer (within Europe) or SWIFT bank transfer (international) on the account stated on the Payment page.

International shipping. Artworks are shipped worldwide via tracked carriers (Colissimo, DHL Express, FedEx). For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes or import fees are payable exclusively by the buyer, in accordance with the regulations of the country of destination.

Right of withdrawal. Pursuant to article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, custom-made artworks produced according to the customer's specifications (personalised portrait, imposed subject) are made specifically for the consumer and are not subject to a right of withdrawal. For pre-existing artworks sold at distance, the buyer has a 14-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Section 06

Personal data & GDPR

Information collected through the order form on this website (name, first name, email, project description) is processed solely to answer the quote request and to manage the commercial relationship. The data controller is Ananga Guy.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and to the portability of your personal data. These rights may be exercised at any time by email at [email protected].

The collected data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, then archived for three years for prospecting purposes, unless you object. No data is transferred or sold to third parties. In case of an unresolved dispute, you may file a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Section 07

The website uses an anonymised analytics tool (Umami) which does not set tracking cookies and does not collect any identifying personal data. No data is transmitted to advertisers or advertising platforms.

Section 08

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers are entitled to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. The details of the appointed mediator can be communicated upon request at the email address above.

Section 09

This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after any attempt to find an amicable solution has failed, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
